If you’re not into Zumba or working out in front of people, this exercise is an ideal one. You don’t need any pieces of equipment as well. It’s simple as throwing punches but, not at anything solid of course, you will be throwing air punches. Once you take the posture of a boxer and throw air punches alternating your arms, you have mastered shadow boxing.
